Returns and Exchanges PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items in their original condition in the box or bag for an exchange or refund. Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer's expense. Sale items are a final sale, and are accepted for store credit only or may be exchanged for a size if it available. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, Invoice number,e-mail address and brief explanation of the problem. All returns are handled immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement. Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.
